Who called me solitary Queen?

Today, am eclipsed, to be an arc in the sky,
fragile, though hunted by many curious eyes,

the wandering visions in the eyes of the tiny tot
mounted on its mother's hips,
ignoring the
sweet savory cereal paste
in the silver spoon awaiting to be fed to it,

I fumble at her helpless eyes tired of gazing the inky black vastness
to find me hidden somewhere,
poor mom, she's losing another night's sleep..!

The fragile me, sink deep, like my sunken heart,
for tomorrow I'd be no more!
The pristine gazes of innocence and loveliness  imprinted in my soul has carved so much beauty! I cannot lose them forever!

God, be merciful to me!

Bless me another day,
to bloom with those night blossoms underneath,
to bask and glow with the tinkers, who chime the night with their twinkles,
and steal the fragrances of the mermaids in the oceans,
to be the magic of her loved one's perceptions.
Waning crescent in its last day, soon to disappear from the sky.
